A local wedding photographer is celebrating after reaching the final of the Nation's Wedding Awards taking place in Manchester this November.
Following the success of winning the 2023 Welsh Wedding Photographer of the Year back in February, Joe Bickerton heads to the Nation's Wedding Awards final with high hopes after another busy season.
The Nation’s Wedding Awards 2023 are an exclusive celebration of the wedding professional’s that operate in the UK. Following the overwhelming response from the public and the phenomenal number of nominations received, the full list with finalists from all across the nation has now been revealed.
The glamorous ceremony will take place in November 2023 and will celebrate professionals that have gone above and beyond and made a real difference in the industry with their excellent services.
On receiving his nomination in the 'Outstanding Wedding Photographer of the Year' category, Joe said;
"I'm thrilled to be heading to Manchester's final this November for what promises to be a great evening of celebration for the wedding industry. It's been another fantastic year and to turn a passion of mine (photography & editing) into a business has been a real joy.
Joe continued;
"One of the most rewarding aspects is to capture moments for couples to look back on their day. I work each day to continually push myself to learn, be creative, support my couples and strive to give everything to each wedding shoot. I'm also humbled to be part of a great network of suppliers here in this region of North Wales who all support each other and in a way, act as one big team. North East Wales is a hotbed of creative talent and to be flying the flag for Wrexham is a genuine honour!"
